Research and development startup
New technology for increasing the effective strength and stiffness of structures by imposing pre-stress in two and three dimensions in a controlled manner. Works with any material, including metals, laminates and composites. As an example, can increase the effectiveness of a curved shape to resist an incoming blast wave by as much as 80 per cent without increasing weight
Profiltitel

Materials technology to increase resistance to external pressures and blast

What we offer:
New technology for increasing the effective strength and stiffness of structures by imposing pre-stress in two and three dimensions in a controlled manner. Works with any material, including metals, laminates and composites. As an example, it can increase the effectiveness of a curved shape to resist an incoming blast wave by as much as 80 per cent without increasing weight.
The development team has a wealth of experience and expertise in the relevant technologies.
Potential applications have been identified in military vehicles, armoured civilian vehicles, submarines, boats and motor vehicles.
The technology reduces weight or enhances performance for the same weight and reduces materials usage and cost

What we are looking for:
Industrial partners to work with to develop products and bring them to market. They can be small or large, but for the military applications, we need to find partners with access to proper blast test facilities
